We arrive 75 minutes early, serve, and leave it spotless.
A level space of about 2 m × 3 m and one dedicated 16A plug for the Coffee or Matcha Bar (two on separate circuits for the Smoothie Bar), with loading within 30 m. Outdoors, we need cover. No reliable power? We can bring a generator at cost plus 10%.
Cups × the per-cup rate (R35 coffee, R50 matcha, R75 smoothie), plus R1,500 for setup and breakdown. Every package includes 2 baristas; pair a second bar and a third joins, with 10% off both packages. Travel is a flat fee by zone.
We keep pouring and bill extras at the per-cup rate: R35 a coffee, R50 a matcha, R75 a smoothie. Confirm your final numbers 7 days before the event.
For R12 a drink we seal matcha, iced drinks and smoothies into clear cans with a Spencer sticker, so guests can carry them out of the session or off the dance floor. Your logo on the can is available as a branded-sticker add-on.
Yes. Our pay-per-cup format is a R2,500 setup fee, with guests paying café prices and a R4,000 minimum in sales.
Oat and almond milk and decaf are always available. Our menu uses dairy, nuts, soy, gluten and supplements, so we can’t promise an allergen-free bar. Tell us your needs and we’ll plan around them.
A 50% deposit secures your date. Cancel 30+ days out and we refund the deposit less R500 admin; 14–29 days, 25% of the package; under 14 days, 50%. You can reschedule once for free with 14+ days’ notice.
